These terms are an agreement between you and Himma (همة) (malsabah04@gmail.com). By continuing to use the service you accept them. You must be old enough to form a binding contract, or have a parent's permission.
The service
A personal planner for prayer-anchored schedules, Quran and Mutun study, reading, training and nutrition, with an AI planning assistant. New accounts get a 7-day free trial without a card; after that a paid subscription is needed for the paid features.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, fraud, spam or harassment.
- No infringing others' intellectual property.
- No interfering with security: malware, probing, scraping or overloading the service.
- No using the AI assistant to create illegal, hateful or deceptive content, or to bypass its safeguards.
AI and health information
AI replies, schedules, nutrition and training numbers are starting estimates and may be wrong. They are not medical, dietary or religious rulings. Check anything important, and consult a professional or scholar where appropriate. You are responsible for what you enter and how you use the results.
Intellectual property
We own the software, design and branding. You keep ownership of the content you enter and let us store and process it only to provide the service. Third-party components (e.g. exercise and body-map libraries) remain under their own licences.
Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Suspension
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, non-payment, or security or fraud risk. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
